From the left representing the Sanford Centennial Museum are Charles Dinsmore and John Billingsley with Jack Shay.

Jack Shay of Midland Boy Scout Troop 767 has completed his Eagle Scout Bell Tower project. This new Bell Tower display is placed between the Felix School and the Jerome Township Hall on the museum grounds. Jack is working towards his Eagle Scout ranking and this structure is designed to show off the old Pioneer School bell. Overseeing this project for the museum are Sanford Historical Society President Charles Dinsmore and master carpenter John Billingsley. Be sure to search out this new display the next time you visit the museum. All photographs are provided by Jim Shay.
